The CLM name, the "Career Limiting Moves" and "CLM" marks, logos, branding, episode recordings, show notes, graphics, and other materials on the Site are owned by LexBran Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

5. Communications you request

If you provide your email to join our launch list or newsletter, you consent to receive related communications from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. Message frequency may vary.

6. Third-party platforms and links

The Site links to and may embed third-party services, including YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLM, LexBran Group, and their owners, members, hosts, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
